How much does it cost to build a custom food truck/trailer?The cost associated with each build depends on the selection of equipment. Minimal style builds can be as low as 16k and will go up from there depending on customization.

What kind of material and equipment that you use?We use ETL and NSF approved commercial equipment.

How do you ensure that the food trucks/trailers meet local health and safety regulations?We have built for all over the country and guarantee that your kitchen will meet all local health department and safety regulations. Do you offer custom wrap designs?We have a designer that will work with you in creating your Logo and design for your build. We offer both partial and full wrap options.

What is the typical turnaround time for a custom food truck/trailer build?Could be as early as 4-6 weeks and for more in depth builds up to 8-10 weeks.

What comes standard with a food truck or trailer?All builds come standard with a hood system with exhaust and fire suppression system All plumbing, fresh water and grey water tanks, water heater, three compartment sink, and hand sink 12,000-watt generator 1x100lb propane tank 50-amp shore power plug Our products are turn-key

Can you accommodate special equipment requests for a unique menu?Our design team can customize a build for just about any type of cuisine imaginable. We have standard floor plans that are versatile as well and have been designed with that idea in mind.

How does after sales support work?If there is any issue post purchase our sales team will work to help direct you to solve your issues and troubleshoot anything that you need guidance with.

Are there financing options available for purchasing a custom food truck?We do not offer in-house financing, but we will work with any lender that gets you approved for financing.

Do you rent or lease your food trucks/trailers?No, we do not offer any rent to own or leasing programs. All our builds are custom built and designed exclusively to meet the needs of our customers.

Could I supply my own equipment?Yes, if you have your own equipment we can mount and install it in your kitchen.

What is your pickup process?Once the build is complete, we require you to visit our facility for an orientation to learn how to use and operate your brand-new kitchen. We will also complete any final paperwork and reassign titling.

Do you offer warranties or service plans for the food trucks post purchase?We do not offer a warranty on the vehicle or trailer. We do, however, offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on the kitchen equipment.

Could you customize your own truck or trailer?Yes, you can provide your own truck or trailer. We will work with you to customize it to fit your needs.

Do you offer delivery?Yes, you can pick up the truck or trailer yourself, or we can have a third-party transportation company that we work with to deliver right to your location.
